There are a few dishes that people specifically come to the Medžiotojų inn for. They always remain the same, "unchanged" when the menu changes. One of them is the creamy porcini soup. Back in 2006, during the visit of the Belgian monarchs King Albert II and Queen Paola to Lithuania, one of the dishes they were treated to in our restaurant was this very soup. Moreover, on her way out, Queen Paola asked me to write down the recipe for porcini mushroom soup. Could we have received better praise? So we are justifiably proud that our creamy porcini soup has been served to our customers day in, day out at
