Many were surprised to see a well-known restaurant in such a setting, asking if it was the same restaurant from Town Hall Square. Yes, it is us - just a little bit different than usual. At the fair, we introduced visitors to our 24-hour venison bone broth, chilli soup, bolognese sauce, lasagne, smoked meats and gourmet venison, venison and elk liver pâté. We presented possible Christmas gift sets, highlighted by a roasted venison ham prepared and marinated with juniper berries and spruce thorns.
